Get a clear picture of what's happening inside your body, from hormonal levels to thyroid health and more, so we can create a plan based on precise data.
Tests can be done at home, at a local clinic, or with a mobile nurse visit.
How does the whole process work?

Get in touch. Fill out the contact form with your details so I can learn a bit about you, whether may want a full 360° approach or just focus on one area.

Free Discovery Call. We’ll have a complimentary 15-minute call to understand your goals, symptoms, and how I can best support you. It’s also a great time to ask any questions you may have.

Book your first session. Once you're ready, we’ll schedule your initial consultation.

Pre-session preparation. You’ll complete a detailed health questionnaire and a food diary before our session to help me get a full picture of your current lifestyle

Your first session. We’ll explore your health history, lifestyle, and diet in depth. Together, we’ll create a personalised lifestyle plan tailored to your goals.

Session summary. Within 2–3 working days, you’ll receive a written summary of our discussion along with your personalised lifestyle plan.

Ongoing Support. Follow-up sessions are designed to track your progress, answer questions, and adjust your plan as needed to keep you moving forward.

Online Consultations. Think of it as your personal online clinic! Sessions can be held via Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, or even over the phone. Whichever platform you prefer.

In-Person Consultations can take place at my clinic in Newbury, West Berkshire, or I may be able to visit you at your home, depending on location and availability.
No matter where you are, you can access expert support from a registered dietitian-nutritionist and personal trainer using the method that’s most convenient for you.
